I chose Filter > Texture > Grain to get the image below. In the dialog box, I entered 27 for Grain Intensity, 60 for Contrast and chose regular for Grain Type. After the filter had been applied, I used Image > Adjust > Desaturate to get rid of the color it had introduced.
